Booking terms

These terms apply when you book and pay for a Quality Tax Service (QTS) service online. Services are provided and billed by QUALITYTAX SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED. They apply together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Fees and charges

  • Each service shows our professional fee, the GST on it, and any government fee before you pay. The total you pay is shown on the review page.
  • Government fees (for example FSSAI or DGFT fees) are collected at the official amount and paid to the government on your behalf. They are shown separately and carry no GST.
  • GST is charged as CGST + SGST when the place of supply is Tamil Nadu, and as IGST for other states. If you give a GSTIN, its state is the place of supply.
  • Some services have no fixed online price. For these we send you a quote and a secure payment link.

2. Payment

  • Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards and net banking). QTS does not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
  • Your booking is confirmed only after Cashfree confirms the payment to us. We then issue your GST invoice and a booking & payment acknowledgement.
  • If you are charged twice for the same booking, the extra amount is refunded in full.

3. What your payment confirms

  • Payment confirms your booking and payment with QTS. It does not mean a registration, licence or filing has been completed.
  • Government acknowledgements or certificates are provided separately after the relevant process is completed.
  • Approvals and timelines that depend on government departments or other third parties cannot be guaranteed.

4. Documents and information

  • Please give accurate and complete information and documents. The processing time shown for a service starts after we receive complete documents.
  • Delays or extra charges caused by missing, late or incorrect information are covered by section 7 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Documents you upload are stored securely and are available only to the QTS team handling your booking.

5. Contact about your booking

We contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your booking, documents and service updates.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy as it stands on the date of your payment.
