Documents and information you give us when you engage us for a service, such as PAN, Aadhaar, GST, bank and business details.
Basic, cookie-free visit statistics about how the website is used (for example, pages viewed and device type).

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
To deliver the services you engage us for, including filings on government portals.
To send you updates about your filings and due dates. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To assess job applications.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

with government departments and portals (such as GST, Income Tax, MCA and FSSAI) when we file on your behalf;
with a partner bank, insurer or other institution only when you ask us to connect you with it;
with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website form service, hosting and messaging tools, who must keep it confidential;
when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires (for example, for tax and accounting records). After that we delete it securely.

How we protect it

Only staff who need your information to do their work can access it. We store documents securely and share them only through trusted channels.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, erase it when it is no longer needed (subject to legal retention rules), or stop using it where you gave consent.
