1. Cancelling a service
You can cancel a service by email or WhatsApp. What you get back depends on how far the work has gone:
| When you cancel | What you get back |
| Before we start work | The full amount you paid, including any government fee we have not yet paid. |
| After work has started | The amount you paid, minus the fee (with GST) for stages or months already completed and any government or third-party fees already paid for you. |
| After the service is completed | No refund. A service is completed once it is filed, submitted or delivered with your approval, or once we have told you it is complete. |
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment. Requests received after 30 days are not accepted, except in the case described in section 6.
2. What is not refundable
- Government fees, taxes, challans, stamp duty and penalties paid on your behalf (for example GST, MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI or Trademark fees).
- Third-party costs already incurred for your service, such as digital signature (DSC) charges, domain names and hosting.
- Services, stages or months of service already completed.
- The “Talk to an Expert” fee once the consultation has been held, missed or cancelled by you (see section 3).
- Extra costs from delays, rejections or re-filings caused by incorrect or incomplete information from you (see section 7).
3. “Talk to an Expert” consultation (₹499 + GST)
- If you go ahead with a QTS service, the ₹499 consultation fee is adjusted in your service fee.
- If QTS cancels or cannot hold your consultation, the full amount you paid is refunded.
- Once the consultation is held, or if it is missed or cancelled by you, the fee is not refundable.
4. Switching to another service
If your needs change, you can use your refundable balance (after the deductions in section 1) for another QTS service instead of taking a refund.
- Ask within 60 days of your original payment.
- If the new service costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance stays as credit for your future QTS services.
5. How to request a refund
- Contact us by email at qualitytaxservice2010@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 87789 49661 within 30 days of payment. Include your name, mobile number, the service, the payment date, the payment reference (UPI/UTR or transaction ID) and the reason.
- We review your request and reply within 24–48 hours. Our senior management may call you to try to resolve the issue first; if you are not satisfied, you can still go ahead with the refund.
- Approved refunds are started within 3–5 working days, to the same UPI ID or bank account you paid from. Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer to the payer's account. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
Paid twice by mistake, or paid more than your quote? Tell us — the extra amount is refunded in full.
6. If we fail to deliver
If we cannot deliver a service because of a lapse on our side, you can claim a refund of the fee for the part not delivered, even after the 30-day period.
7. Delays and rejections beyond our control
We cannot guarantee approvals, or timelines set by government authorities. The following are not treated as a failure on our part:
- Delays, queries or rejections by government departments for legal, procedural or other reasons.
- Technical problems or downtime on official portals (for example GST, MCA, Income Tax or FSSAI).
- Delays by third parties outside our control.
- Errors or omissions in the information or documents you provide that need correction or re-submission.
If an application is rejected or returned because of incorrect or incomplete information from you, any re-filing charge and fresh government fee are payable by you, as is any increase in government fees. Your cancellation rights in section 1 still apply.
8. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, changes in law or court orders, civil unrest, strikes, power or internet outages, or failures of government systems. In such cases, our timelines are extended until the disruption ends.
9. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate and complete information and documents for the service you request.
- Send documents, and replies to our or government departments' queries, on time.
Delays or extra charges caused by missing, late or incorrect information are your responsibility.
10. Limit of our liability
Our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for penalties, interest or late fees arising from late or incorrect information from you, or from delays outside our control.
11. Contact for refunds and complaints
For any concern about our service or a refund, contact us. Our team and senior management review every complaint and reply within 24–48 hours.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your payment applies to that payment.
