After I submit all documents, how long will it take for my restaurant to go live on Swiggy?

After all mandatory documents have been received and verified it takes upto 7-10 working days for the onboarding to be completed and make your restaurant live on the platform.

What is this one time Onboarding fees? Do I have to pay for it while registering?

This is a one-time nominal fee of INR 1769 charged towards the system & admin costs incurred during the onboarding process. A fixed part of this one-time fee i.e., INR 943, will be deducted upfront during the onboarding process. The residual INR 886, will be deducted from the weekly payouts after you start receiving your orders from Swiggy.

How much commission will I be charged by Swiggy?

The commission charges vary for different cities. You will be able to see the commission applicable for you once the preliminary onboarding details have been filled.

I don't have an FSSAI license for my restaurant. Can it still be onboarded?

FSSAI license is a mandatory requirement according to the government's policies.

What happens if the average order value of Zomato orders is very low

Average order value from our platform is generally more than Rs 250. However, in some cases, users want to try out your place by ordering for lesser amount. But we have observed that they eventually come back with higher value orders if they like your food.
